2. Digital Product Nature

Farukobe sells digital storybooks that are delivered instantly upon purchase. These are digital products that cannot be physically returned. Once you complete a purchase and receive access to download the digital content, the product is considered delivered.

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery and the inability to "return" digital products, our refund policy is designed to protect both customers and our business while ensuring fair treatment for all parties.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds May Be Issued For:

  • Technical issues preventing download or access to purchased content
  • Duplicate purchases made in error (within 24 hours)
  • Unauthorized transactions on your account
  • Product not matching the description (reported within 7 days of purchase)
